Not sure what to wear? Here are some tips!
Steer clear from neon-like colors -- they are harsh on the camera and bounce off on everyone around them to have a neon glow.
Coordinate, don't match. Coordinating color is what really brings wardrobe together. I suggest choosing two or three main colors of wardrobe and maybe one accent pop of color. Also, mixing stripes with plaids and solids is okay! We want to see your personality through your wardrobe :)
Start with one outfit you really love, then build the rest around it.
Layer! Layers add dimension and depth. For example -- sweaters, cardigans, scarves, statement necklaces, hats, blazers, jackets etc.
Look at your home decor. Since you will be hanging these photos in your house, you want to consider the colors of your clothes go with the color scheme in your home.
Dress your kiddo in clothes that fit perfetly, not with room to grow. A sweater shirt, sweater or jacket doesn't compliment shape and tends to look sloppy on children.
Say no to characters. Yes, your little one may love their Toy Story shirt but you may want to skip it for the family photo session.
